Larry comes from five generations of builders and fifteen years of building experience on his own which provides the solid foundation of the know-how craftsmanship which goes into each new home. Prior to forming Rosewood Homes with Rachael, Larry built up his business, Custom Framing, to the point that they were building up to thirty-five homes per year on average.

Rachael's strengths are focused in design through the decorating processes of building a new home. Having attended an architectural engineering program at Southeast Tech, Rachael has already built a reputation of design excellence. As a matter of fact, she recently won an award from the Parade of Homes for one of her projects. Rachael's love for building and hands-on attitude also drives her to pick up a hammer and work along-side Larry building homes.
