Five Generations
Larry comes from five generations of builders and fifteen years of building experience on his own.  Larry built up his business, Custom Framing, to the point that they were building up to thirty-five homes per year on average.  This solid foundation of the know-how and hands-on craftsmanship goes into each exquisite Sioux Falls new home Larry builds at Rosewood Homes.

Rachael brings not only a feminine touch to Larry's efforts at Rosewood Homes, but she also brings her unique strengths in design excellence.  An attendee of the architectural engineering program at Southeast Tech and an award-winning designer, Rachael's love for building and her expertise is valuable not only as she picks up a hammer and works along with Larry, but also right on through to the decorating process.
