Our Master Care Program™ begins with Rosewood Homes, Inc. professionals who are ready to support you every step of the way -- before, during and after construction.
They will provide you with regular updates, respond to your needs and follow-up with you after you move in to ensure your ongoing satisfaction.
Master Care Program™ 5-Step Quality Assurance Program:
1. Closing Day Celebration: Congratulations! Today we present you with the keys to your brand new Rosewood home.
2. Quick Response: Master Care Program™ provides industry leading service and “around-the-clock” emergency service during the warranty period.
3. Move-In Visit: About one month after closing we’ll visit your home to provide answers to your questions and maintenance tips.
4. Mid-Year Visit: We’ll visit your home and conduct a complimentary maintenance check-up. Our technician will answer any questions you may have regarding upkeep and maintenance.
5. Year-End Visit: At the end of your first year of ownership, we’ll conduct another walk-through of your home and provide maintenance tips, reminders and suggestions.
Service Request
After Closing, your relationship with Rosewood Homes, Inc. doesn't end. In fact, it just enters a new phase - primarily with our Master Care Program™.
Staffed by full-time professionals, our Master Care Program™ provides industry leading service and "around-the-clock" emergency service during the warranty period. Once the warranty period expires, all "round-the-clock" emergency resources will continue to be available to you.
Please complete our Service Request form to describe the issue(s) you need addressed and your request will be forwarded to our Master Care Program™ department for a fast, efficient response.
