We used Rosewood Homes to build out our office space. In getting several bids, Rosewood had the most aggressive timeline to complete, and they came in on budget and on time. I have also used them for home renovations and they exceeded expectations in all categories there as well. Quick turnaround times and on budget. Rachael and Larry built us the home of our dreams! We brought our ideas to a few different builders and after meeting them, knew they had our vision as well. We loved picking everything out ahead of time as it made the building process so much smoother and with minimal delays. Larry had a great eye on the job site and made great modifications to our custom home that turned out better than we imagined! Their subcontractors were amazing to work with and very approachable and would even call us if there was a question or thought a modification was needed to make our home even better. The build came in very close to budget and much better than many of our friends who have built with other contractors. Would recommend them to anyone especially hearing what some of our neighbors have went through building with other contractors!! I can still pick up the phone and call them today with any home project needed and if they can’t do it themselves, they will give me the name of someone who can and with their contact, things get done real quick as their subcontractors have a great relationship with them!
